Roaches found in the bathroom. Two refrigerators in the room, neither one worked, find spoiled. Dirty counters, bathroom, and kitchen area. It looked like the rug wasn't vacuumed in months. Cable was not working, so no TV the nights I was there. The employee wasn't pleasant either.

I got charged to stay here. They wouldn't give me my money back. When we pulled up. No one was in the parking lot. They had boarded up windows. The front desk was run out of an old room. I didn't feel safe and comfortable staying there. I asked for a refund. But they refused to even answer my emails or bookings emails.

Nothing about this place should be on booking. It was a crap shoot.

Room was dirty. Roaches everywhere. The TV and phone didn't work. One light fixture had no plug. The room was either too hot or too cold. The climate controls were not user friendly. The management was unresponsive.

The staff friendly and helpful when you need them with a problem you get a reply quick and get the job done

They don't serve breakfast and need to finish the renovations due to the 🔥 but besides that you don't have to be in a five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel 🛏️ to be comfortable and safe and they have more friendly service
