Location

I paid and reserved king room and got double room and I e checked in before 4pm. The guy first said I didn’t reserve king but then I showed him the reservation and he quickly said we don’t have any king. Basically they oversold and it was VERY frustrating as we made our reservation months in advance. We have stayed here many times prior to cruises and will try another hotel next time.
