"Not what I paid for"

Staff

Fact that room was given to us an it was being worked on. Check in at 4 told room not ready went back at 6 got room went to room had construction going on in it. Was given another room it had work being done in it. After hour they finally found a room a reg king ac not working good finally got a queen room. Had booked a jr king suite. There were numerous other people with same issue

Tanger Outlets, Bucees and Texas Roadhouse all walking distance from the hotel. Great breakfast with lots of options. Very clean, great staff. Definitely coming back to this hotel!
