"Perfect, as always!"

I had an amazing stay here, as always! I had a very difficult week, and this was the silver lining at the end of the storm. I had the most amazing staycation, and got some much needed rest and relaxation. I will NEVER skip a staycation at this Fairfield!

"Needs proper training."

It was clean.

We were not greeted when we came in. Felt like we disturb their play time. Group in a corner talking. If they knew they have problems with the dryer, they should fix not tell customers to use the hotel next door.

"Very clean and comfortable, quiet hotel "

The room was clean, bathroom came with wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so it was very convenient. They don’t have wall mount hand wash and lotion. They also don’t have room services, we came back from out game in the afternoon and the room was not serviced. That’s the only downside to it. The place is quiet and it’s next to tollway in nice area. The local McDonald is very clean, coming from Shreveport not used to seen clean McDonald. There’s plenty of nice local restaurants to go eat as well.

"Not worth the money"

Location was quite good, near to several restaurants and shopping

Staff was not at all supportive, quite rude and room cleaning was not done even after reminders
