The room was very clean. We were able to grab a few necessities that we forgot to pack in the lobby. Breakfast was great. The staff was amazing!! They greeted us every single time we entered or left the hotel. They remembered our names, and they were super attentive and accommodating.

The mobile app check-in process did not work. The app said we were good to go, but we never received a mobile key and were not actually checked in upon our arrival.

Very friendly staff

A very nicely updated hotel. My room had a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathroom was very nicely done. My only complaint would be that the room was not very sound proof.

The staff @ the hotel were nice & always friendly. The amenities were great! The location was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay again.

Upon arriving, we were put in a room with a shower when we were supposed to have a tub and we were too tired to try and deal with it. The shower also only has one side covered with a glass pane and the other half is completely open so it's freezing when you shower. Our washcloths were also possibly not clean/fresh. The body wash was also empty in the shower so we had to use shampoo. Our kitchen wasn't cleaned properly and we found opened packets of coffee accessories, a dirty mug in the cabinet, and a couple spots of what looks like blood on the comforter. We also didn't attempt to pull the sofa bed out, but I can't imagine there is enough room to do so or at least not without limiting all walking space between the beds. There are also no trash bags in the trash bins so you can only throw certain things away without leaving a mess. We have been to several hotels in the last month and this is the only one we won't be returning to. Won't let me upload photos.

It is hard to find a decent property in metro Atlanta for a reasonable price this was the cleanest I've stayed in and it had a very convenient mini kitchen with pots and dishes and a sizeable refrigerator. I will definitely be staying here again.

Front staff was friendly except a man who was on Friday and Saturday morning— 6/14 and 6/15—he could care less . Asked for a comb and he seemed disturbed I would ask.
