The first thing you will notice is how clean this place is. Truly spotless. And, once you approach the check-in, you'll find just how courteous and pleasant the staff is. That includes behind the counter, housekeeping, and maintenance. Supreme location places you near interstates, restaurants, and grocery stores. Very impressed with this TownePlace Suites.

I am gonna search out this type of hotel more when I travel from now on

Not a very good hotel for long stay because they don’t clean the rooms everyday or every other day. We requested 3 days in a row but nothing happened. Finally wrote an email to General Manager and only that day someone came and took the garbage and changed the towels around 4pm.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Very clean, close to gas south arena, and a beautiful area.

Friendly staff and clean rooms were top notch. They were able to check me in earlier than the expected time.

There was a child running and making noise above my room making sleep a daunting task at 7am especially after a 5 am flight from AZ. I called the occupants to ask if they would be a little considerate and they attempted to do so; however, it was short lived altogether. This was not the fault of the establishment.

Very helpful and kind staff. However, the breakfast need to have a little more variety to its menu. More breakfast meat.
