"Quick weekend getaway"

I had a wonderful experience at this Hyatt House. My room was incredibly clean, spacious, and felt very modern and it’s clear the entire hotel is maintained to a high standard. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The location in Cool Springs is perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the property made for a very comfortable and stress-free visit.

Dining hours/options during the week versus reality, was not quite as advertised. however, the bar was top notch. Overall experience was nice and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Franklin area. I will definitely be staying here again!

"Refused refund"

Made a reservation for Franklin Tn and had search for Franklin In. When our reservation printed it showed TN not IN. Called within 15 minutes of making the reservation on 2/21 and Was told they would not refund my money even though I paid extra for cancellation insurance. This is VERY POOR customer service.

I had a great experience at Hyatt house while traveling for business. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful and the rooms were clean and really pretty impressive. The best part was the continental breakfast. Good food options, fresh to order food, and it went above and beyond compared to other hotels. Would seek this hotel out again if traveling to this location for business.

"Great hotel experience! Highly recommend."

We were displaced to Winter Storm Fern and were without power for several days. We had to find somewhere quickly to stay, and the Hyatt House helped us secure a room for us and our dogs. We are so incredibly grateful for how kind they were during a very stressful time navigating the ice storm. The front desk staff were always so friendly and helpful. The staff would call to check on us. The breakfast buffet was so nice to walk to daily. I never expected to need a hotel in my own town, but when I did, they were a great landing spot! The hotel was super clean and well-maintained as well.
