I have drifted around the Coolsprings area looking for a hotel that I was satisfed with. I am a Lifetime Hilton Member but have been very disappointed in my options. This was my first time at this Hyatt House but I have found my "home" when away from home. My room was in excellent shape, the staff was friendly and breakfast was a feast.

This was the single best hotel I have ever experienced. I'm not new to hotel stays in my 50s. Price, room size, staff, friendliness, helpfulness, breakfast, convenience, cleanliness. This place reset the bar level for me. I saw what should be the standard here.

My family and I arrived in town that night for a cheer competition the next day and accidently went to Hyatt House instead of Hyatt Place. Leah at the front desk politely explained that we were at the wrong hotel and gave me directions to the correct one. Upon arriving at the correct hotel (Hyatt Place) we had a bad experience off the bat. The man working the front desk was not friendly and the rooms had an overwhelming mildew odor. As I was explaining this to man at the front desk, he canceled our reservation in mid conversation leaving us without a room for the night. So I called Hyatt House and Leah told me come on back and they would get us in a room for the night. Leah, Lacey, and the other woman working up front (Jenae maybe) were incredibly kind upon our arrival and got us booked right away. Leah even gave us a suite and provided great dinner recommendations in the surrounding area. The customer service at Hyatt House saved the day for us! They were understanding and accommodating which really turned this stressful situation into a great night. The hotel itself is very nice and located in a wonderful area. I will absolutely be booking this Hyatt House hotel next time we are in town!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. The hotel was very clean, up to date and well stocked. The staff provided amazing service and all of the services were top notch. The breakfast was very great, different options each morning. They had a indoor pool, outdoor pool firepits and nice size gym. We will defiantly look to stay at a Hyatt House hotel in the future!

Our family comes to this hotel at least twice a year and it's like home away from home. It always smells and looks clean, which is very important. The staff is friendly, the location is ideal, and the value is great.
