Casa Mood Usaquen

Si lo que buscan es tranquilidad y pasar una buena noche no es la opción ideal. No mencionan que tienen una discoteca en el piso de abajo y el ruido tan fuerte hace que sea imposible conciliar el sueño. Pésima experiencia

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was large, clean, and light. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and shops, and Usaquén's lively nightlife neighbourhood. The breakfast was good. The lady who welcomed me was extremely helpful and kind.

The main problem was the absence of a kitchen. Although there was a kitchen 'space' with table and chairs, there was no kitchen utensils for food preparation, there was not even cutlery, plates and cups, or a sink to wash your own dishes. The kitchen was a common area with a fridge, a mini oven, and a single hotplate. Some guests told us that they cleaned their greasy pots in the showers. Also, there was no hot water in the bathroom (although, it seemed like an unexpected and temporary problem).

La ubicación era bien céntrica

Se fue el agua caliente en dos ocasiones, las sábanas y toallas no eran de buena calidad, hacía demasiado frío en las habitaciones.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, llega uno muy fácil, así mismo tiene acceso rápido, funcional.

Es impersonal, teníamos desayuno incluido y no nos dijeron a que hora era, faltando el último día nos lo dijeron y aún así nos querían cobrar el chocolate por separado, sin decirnos que iba incluido de tomar en el desayuno.
