Casa Mood Usaquen

The hammock in the room is super cool. The bed is comfortable. There's a window. It's spacious.

There's music playing from 7 am. I had to put in earplugs to be able to sleep. You have to walk through a living room to get to the private bathroom.

Hammock in the room was nice, staff was friendly, room was clean, good location, quiet on most nights

Would you be upset if your reservation included breakfast and then on one day it wasn’t given simply because it’s Sunday? How about if you were unable to get into the hotel with a complex code for a locked door that was changed without notice? And then, a staff member becomes upset with you for leaving the door open for less than a minute to avoid the hassle. The stay was nice, but I found this to be unfair and frustrating

Great Place. Very Creative with the Decorations and Art, Comfy Sofas around. Accommodating staff. The area is safe and also has a D1 near by and close to the Embassys.

It was empty, I don’t know why. It has all the things you would expect from a great hostel, could be they aren’t on Hostelworld. I don’t know.

The staff, the owner, every one where so helpful and the service where the best. I liked it for the centralized location in the city of Bogota. I highly recommend everyone to book your room here. Thanks to Andrea, for a wonderful stay, for her generosity and easy communication support. I will be staying there every time I'm going to Bogota. See you soon. thumbs UP!!!
