Very elegant inside , a lot to do for adults , close to the board walk

The room sizes , staff was rude , no hotel luggage carts when leaving /available and we were on an upper level floor . She said she didn’t know what to tell me , there was none , very ignorant .

Price for room was affordable, room was clean and the pool area was amazing. Great access to next hotel casinos.

I didn't like that it was no restaurant open, roof top bar was not open and toilet seat is too low. Staff was slow at checkin area and only 1 person was at the front desk... There no casino here at Claridge.

The indoor pool was fine and the valet staff were friendly

It was not Boardwalk and oceanfront. It was city block to boardwalk/Beach and I didn't have my mobile scooter because I thought it was directly on boardwalk. False advertising in my opinion. Not one staff member that I had interaction with was friendly I was very disappointed that we were not oceanfront/boardwalk. To me it should be listed as oceanblock.
