Resort & Spa 6316 with resort Tropical Pool

Location is fantastic, right at Salt Village. Room was lovely, very comfortable & had everything we needed. Was lovely sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool, very relaxing & made us feel like we were away a lot longer than 2 nights.

Room was quite noisy with the balcony doors open, as it was right above the spa, however it didn't distract from our stay. In peak season this could be an issue if you wanted the doors open rather than running the air conditioning. A small negative in the room was the lighting in the lounge/dining room. It would be better to be on separate switches, & when watching television from the couch the lights shine straight in your eyes. There is no lamp in the living area, only 1 beside the dining table.

This is our second stay in this unit. Its roomy and gets the morning sun. So relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. Large walk in shower, and easy to park under the building. Short walk to Salt village and the beach. This resort has everything we need for a relaxing holiday.

The plastic plants are unneccesary, and covered in dust - time for them to go.

Breakfast not applicable, location fine

The extra door on the fridge, extremely annoying, also interfered with the efficient function of the fridge so had to be left open for the fridge to work efficiently

The location is fantastic, close to the beach and plenty of choice for restaurants and dining close by

The appartment is at Peppers but rented through LJ Hooker, so the price is better.

Coastline Holiday Group manage the property. Key pick up is 45 min walk from the property and you need to return the key to their office, no other option. They take a AUD500 deposit, still waiting for return after 1 week. Online check in is compulsory, you need to upload your passport, credit card, email, phone. They send you all their advertising and company junk, daily spam. Messages through booking app are not responded to on weekends. I am still waiting for their invoice, requested twice.
