The only positives were the modern, clean lobby and the onsite parking garage, which was secure and had controlled access doors.

The hotel looked nothing like the photos online. The lobby was modern and inviting, but the room told a different story it smelled of stale smoke and sour, unwashed body odor, with stained carpets, stained bedding, and a musty feel throughout. The only parts that appeared properly cleaned were the shower and toilet. Outside was even worse. There was very visible and active drug activity right outside the hotel, and I actually saw a homeless individual defecating and urinating on the sidewalk ten feet from the hotel entrance. It didn’t feel safe walking in or out. Between the condition of the room and the surrounding environment, this place was a complete disappointment.

Wir wohnten auf einer Baustelle im Zugangsbereich. Unser erstes Zimmer war nicht gereinigt und komplett vermüllt. Wir haben dann ein Ersatzzimmer bekommen. Das Wasser war abgestellt bis 17Uhr. Wir konnten bei der Ankunft nach langem Flug nicht duschen. Einen Discount für die Zumutungen nicht erhalten

Not the best place I have stayed at. The hotel was under construction. There was a stale smell in the room and on the linen. The shower curtain was too short and flooded the bathroom when the shower was turned on. All in all not a pleasant stay.

I am in no way a “big deal” but have stayed several hundred nights in hotels. The property was the worst I have ever experienced at this price point. The pictures on Hotels.com make it look nice and at a little under $200 per night I thought it was a safe bet. The property is an absolute mess bordering on a war zone. Not only was I blocked from entering my room during my stay so they would texture and paint the adjacent walls, I was told 2 days into my stay that in order to get maid service, I was told over the telephone that I had to personally walk down to the reception and ask for it between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. I asked if they could just make a note and was told no, that it was not between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. so I could not be accommodated unless I came down between 7-9. I wish I was kidding. I contacted Expedia to have this property removed. If you are reading this then it has not been so I strongly encourage you to book a different property. My worst stay ever at this price. Please take a look at the pictures and know they do not fully capture the dilapidation. Michael

I didn't know that there were a lot of homeless in the area. Some areas aren't lit very well when walking back from a restaurant nearby.

I came for the Chris Brown concert so it was very convenient that my hotel was only a 10-15 min. walk to the venue. I usually bring a Doorstopper when traveling for extra security but I didn’t need it. I felt very safe at this hotel.
