Inn at the Peachtrees, an Ascend Collection Hotel

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Por isso o escolhemos porém o hotel é valho. Estava sendo renovado mas ainda precisa de muita coisa. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos e o café da manhã está dentro do padrão de café continental americano.

No tv remote, didn't know if they had wifi. NEEDS BETTER system on letting person(s) through the gate, NEEDS to be informed to new customers on where to park.

The front desk to make or break your experience. We were greeted by Richie Rich who could not stop smiling. His enthusiasm for his job and making sure we had a great experience was infectious. All of the front desk people were fantastic at their job. They were knowledgeable about the area and went out of their way to help in any way they could. Georgia, the breakfast hostess keeps an amazingly clean breakfast area and made sure the food got out on time and piping hot., we walked to the aquarium and then we also walked to restaurants. We parked our car we arrive and we didn't get it out until it was time to leave. We definitely will be back later on this year. I certainly hope management sees this and let them know they are doing a good job and appreciate them.

Shower was unclean as well as the toilet having issues flushing. The door also didn’t close flush to the side. There were also multiple lights out in the room. I stayed here in a pinch but would not return or stay multiple nights.

Roaches in the fridge, in our food and crawling from behind the headboard within only a few hours of checking in and running to the corner store. Have been given the runaround for the past week and a half. Essentially we paid for a hotel we staid no more than 5 hours in, checked out that day because they had no more rooms available.

Great location. Super easy to walk to the Coca-Cola museum, Olympic Park and the stadium

When we arrived we were greeted by the desk attendant who was very helpful. That was the best part about our experience. Once we arrived to the room we turned the television on, which was fine, but when attempting to adjust the volume found out that the remote did not work and the desk person told us there was nothing they could do about it. We would have called them but, instead, had to go to the lobby since the room phone was unplugged and had no way to plug it in. The sockets on the light fixtures did not work. Only about 3 sockets in the whole room did not work. We went downstairs the first night and asked for an extra blanket and some pillows since we had 3 people in a two double bed room and were told that we did not need it since we had two beds. Even though when I booked I was clear to put three people. No one ever came in to clean the room or provide clean towels. We asked for clean towels on the second night and we, again, were told that they simply did not have any and we would have to figure it out. On top of that, the shower pours water onto the floor which causes major water pileup so we had to use one of our precious few towels to take care of the water so we wouldn’t be charged. Last was breakfast. While the breakfast was very good. The woman putting it out was miserable and clearly did not want to be there. We were told by the desk attendant the first day that breakfast was from 7a-9a every day. Sat and Sun we were essentially yelled at for being 10 min early

The only issue we had was with the valet. There were multiple signs saying not to leave your car unattended and to hand your keys directly to a valet driver. Valet is $55 for overnight. After a trip to a local gas station, we waited in our vehicle for over 30 minutes. We were trying to give some grace since it was late and thinking maybe the one person working valet was on a run to get someone else’s car. We’ve never used valet like this before, so weren’t really sure what to do. No one showed up until we eventually had to go inside the hotel and leave the car to get a security guard to help us locate the valet attendant. Other than that, our stay was great!
