"Trip stay"

Charnice was phenomenal at check-in. The hotel was nice and clean. The restaurant had very good food. Mrs. Harvey from the breakfast area was so nice and sweet. This location is set up in a prime area where it’s close to the highways and many other restaurants and shopping would definitely make this my go to Hotel. "Last minute stay"

After a long day on the road we decided to book a last minute stay here. Upon our arrival we was greeted by Ms. Margaret the most pleasant friendly person I’ve spoken to all day. She was very helpful and patient with the information needed also with booking a reservation online. The complimentary water and cookies! I must say it was definitely a pleasure to meet her! Now the rooms were clean a little outdated, but overall a nice stay.

Very Clean, easy to navigate the lobby and rooms. Charice, Sidone Tanika were very helpful, and knowledgably. The fitness center was nice and clean . The restaurant was easy to get to, priced fairly and open during my stay. Great cookies were waiting for me. wayne

I called the hotel to cancel a reservation due to our VIP being sick, I spoke to CHARNICE, at the front desk, she was so nice and agreed to cancel our hotel, and waived the late cancellation fee for us since he is sick. It was so nice to work with someone so nice and professional.

"Amazing staff!!"

Today was amazing! The staff was everything we needed them to be. Charnice went above and beyond to accommodate my group as we needed additional assistance and she didn’t hesitate to step up. We will definitely be back soon! And I can’t forget about the food! 10 outta 10 will be eating again!!!

"Family stay"

Charnice was so amazing at check in very polite and respectful she made our stay very very accommodating had a little trouble at check-in, but she went above and beyond to make sure we were checked in and everything worked out well. I had two rooms that needed connecting rooms with my family.
