Charnice was so amazunv everytime I come to ghe Doubketree she always assit with a beautful smile. Her customer service us thriuhht the roof.

I would like to thank Charnice for an amazing stay here over the weekend. She made sure my wife and I were well taken care of and guided us basically throughout our whole stay in Georgia. Definitely will be back next month.

my husband had surgery and there was no handicap rooms available thank God for Charnice she was able to book us a room and made our stay very pleasant. I don’t know what we would have done because it was very uncomfortable helping my husband get in and out of a tub however she was able to locate a room with a roll in shower for me and my family to stay all in one room. Thank you for going above and beyond for me and my family.
