The villa was nice and the staff were very polite. The pool and play area was also nice.

The faculties were poor. We had to constantly ask for coffee pods, the staff didn’t cheat breakfast away or clean unless we asked them. The pool wasn’t tidied or cleaned at the end of the day so there were damp towels and rubbish lying around. The food was poor and incredibly overpriced.

The villa was beautiful. The surroundings of rice paddy and nature was quite good as well.

However, they are seriously understaffed and the butler service that they advertised didn't work well at all. Overall, disorganized and unprofessional. Their response took long (more than 30 minutes often times) and our messages didn't deliver properly. Restaurant staff misunderstood the order and kept making the same food for one of us who didn't want to eat the same menu. Because we were running on a tight schedule for Angkor Wat, we didn't ask for making a new dish. That happened every morning. On the second day, we saw 2 more houses in the complex were filled with guests. During the busy hours, staff have multiple tasks coming from 3 houses - delivery of breakfast to other house delayed a buggy service to our house. Housekeeping and maintenance was frustrating. On day 1, we were the only guests in the property. we requested for more coffee capsules, they could not deliver more until Day 3 as they didn't have them ready. We asked for more bikes so we can ride them in the property, but they said bikes are not ready. The water smelled rust - they probably need to check the water tank or pipe. It smelled like rusty iron after shower. We stayed at the pool on the first day, used some towels, and they were left unattended when we passed by the pool on the next day. Bedsheet was clean but had holes. Day 2, local funeral started right outside of the property. Very loud chanting using mic for hours in the morning and in the evening passed 9pm. I'm sorry for the one who passed away, however, it really didn't feel good to wake up at 5:30am with the chanting and singing through mic during our 4-day holidays. We didn't ask anything about it as it was a funeral but the hotel could have asked not using mic to the funeral at least. Beautiful houses but incompetent and disorganized management. Wouldn't recommend.

Staff is good.

Management arrangement is bad especially those services written in website. All are not up to said service . Very disappointed. No more next time.. No hot water and buggy service is limited and hair dryer is out of function.

Villa was good but very poorly organised place. Firstly they don’t check their mails on a daily basis because of which we had a problem for our pick up from the airport. We had power cut and no generator back up even though it was for few min and worse while in shower we ran out of water. No water in shower or taps. Daily fixed menu for breakfast you have to order before hand. No kitchen service after that . Swimming pool was also closed for the 5 days we were there. It wasn’t mentioned when we did the booking but told to us only during check in.

Villa was good but the organisation of the day to day running of the villa was very disappointing.

They don’t check mails daily for which we had a problem for our airport pick up. We had power cut with no generator back up. Ran out of water while taking shower and was stuck for 15 min with soap on me. Swimming pool not functional during our entire stay not mentioned while booking but after check in

The hotel is a resort with villas. The infrastructure is excellent, the villas are huge. There is a lot of green space, swings, outdoor areas to spend pleasant time in. The hotel has their own rice crops, and we even saw swans crossing the street in a line. There are “golf” trolleys with drivers to take you around. I was invited to a WhatsApp chat with a personal concierge that helped us with everything and also replied timely, he was really supportive. He solved and arranged absolutely all our concerns. He was the best! From general questions, to our transportation around the temples, to our hotel related requests. All the staff was very friendly and attentive, and beyond. For example, when I was about to request the afternoon tea be brought to my villa because it started raining, I could see the golf trolley arriving with the tea before I requested it. Something similar happened around my departure when they anticipated I had an issue with my bags on the day of check out after I mentioned to the driver that I wanted to see the sunset in the temples. They anticipated my problem and offered a solution before I reached out to ask for options. We loved Cambodia, Cambodian people, Cambodian food, and we hope to be back one day. Highly recommend it for families or romantic couples who are looking for privacy, tranquility in an amazing environment with private pool. Appreciated the Tuk Tuk ride to town whenever we wanted and the driver waited for us while we had dinner or did some sightseeing. The daily massage was a really nice touch.

The service is like your 2nd home.

This is one od the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Lovely and quite location, great couisine and very helpfull staff, ready to be at your service anytime. You will also appreciate the complimentary tuk-tuk to Siem Reap. Booking the lovely villa with a private pool is highly recomended!!!
