Excellent stay, although we are a couple and booked at the sister hotel, we were moved to the Mane family, we received an amazing Villa, the surroundings are beautiful, you are in the nature, villas are different sizes all looked great like a home away from home perfect for families or friends traveling together. everyone on staff so so friendly, our personal assistant here Thavy was wonderful; assiting to arrange anything and everything we needed! had an amazing massage! Were pampered with food all the time, very accomodating as we are vegetarian. great facilities all you need is here to make an excellent vacation and pleasant memories

Location

We arrived at a three bedroom villa booked with 3 children. Very helpful staff, check-in was quick. However, it was impossible to stay in the villa we booked due to strong odors of dampness and probably the effects of smoking. The smell was especially strong in the children's bedrooms on the first floor. The hotel administration offered another villa as a replacement, which turned out to be in good condition. However, the services offered at the time of booking was either unavailable or impossible. There was no personal butler and cook. Breakfast had to be ordered 12 hours in advance in the evening. Breakfasts consisted of different types of scrambled eggs and omelettes, low-quality pastries, low-quality coffee and Cambodian dishes, which were served differently each time (apparently due to the lack of some ingredients. They also used margarine instead of butter. The jams were the cheapest they could be. One day, the hotel staff took away all the cutlery during cleaning. We asked to urgently bring at least some cutlery, since the children were hungry after the excursion. The distance from the hotel kitchen to the villa is no more than 2 minutes. The cutlery arrived half an hour later. It is clear that the hotel staff is trying to do a good job, but the organization of service in the hotel is unacceptable.

Serene atmosphere. Private Gardens. An oasis from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap downtown. Spacious bungalow. Big enough for two families of 7 people altogether.

Let me start by saying that after 2 days, we cut short our stay here and booked elsewhere. First, they flubbed the assignment of the bungalow and showed us another property that we didn't book online. Then made us wait and took us to the right one. Though the bungalows are large, doors and windows have gaps that let bugs and lizards into the rooms. This was a major issue with one of the guests. The open buffet table at breakfast had ants and birds having free reign over the food. Wifi stopped working a day in. The pool is old. The advertisement they have for a personal chef is misleading as it needs a 24 hrs heads up and the chef prepares the same menu from common restaurant in the bungalows kitchen. It's kind of like dine-in. There's construction going on for another hotel next to the bungalow. I'd stay away from this place. There's better options and value in Siem Reap.

Landscape is nice , four bedroom villa also very nice , two bedroom villa supper dark . We like the pool , animals in the resort . There is free afternoon tea , food is excellent, breakfast is very good

We like the pool and garden and hotel food . Four bedroom villa is very nice , it’s bright and spacious. Hotel offer free afternoon , it’s very nice and breakfast is excellent . Kid love the animals in the resort . Playground is very good . Staff try their best to service us .

There is bugs in the room . Specially two bedroom villa , it’s above water and wood floor , all bugs come up after raining . And two bedroom villa is super dark .

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was great and the grounds were beautiful. The villa was comfortable and clean. Easy to organize trips to spots in the city.

There was a large group staying at the resort, and all of the food was delivered to the villa. It would have been nice to eat at the restaurant. There was often very loud music playing (not sure from where) that was annoying when outside the villa. Food was average and some of the spa services are overpriced.

This property is in the most divine and truly Khmer style, surrounded by beautiful rice paddies, stunning pool, fabulous breakfast and peaceful country like area, away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap's other hotels - but only 6 minutes from pub street. Staff went over and beyond. If you want a truly Cambodian experience this is the place to stay. Highly recommend it and would come back.
