Booked into hotel room, was in for an hour or so and was trying to sleep due to an early flight the next morning. Heard someone trying to get into the room, I opened the door and it was a couple who were told that this was there room. Next thing there was another chap from an engineer who was called to fix the door due to the couple not being able to get in so explained the situation to him. Then the receptionist who checked us in explained that the system had messed up and that he was sorry and waiver some of the charge for the room. Haven't heard anything of this as of yet.
