Location was perfect and loved that it had on-site parking (even though we had to pay for it) parking at the hotel and the proximity to Fenyway were perfect and the reasons I chose this hotel. Parking wasn’t including, but hassle free! - loved it. We were also able to checking before 4pm! A Bonus!

Parking wasn’t 24 hours, it would have been nice if it was longer.

Great location, got a room with great view

There’s always an issue with my card when trying to leave the parking garage, not only once but 3x!! It was really annoying because we were almost late for an event and like, the parking itself is not free, if i am paying 65 USD per night for parking do I deserve such treatment? Not to mention the lady staff in the lobby at desk was really rude to us. She literally rolled her eyes when we asked about why the card is not working, literally giving an attitude.
