"Zeer fijne locatie, op 5 min van het centrum. Heerlijk ontbijt"

Prachtig historisch pand, heel mooi in ere gehouden. Binnenplein zou ik nog wat aanpakken. Beste ontbijt dat ik ooit in het hotel heb gegeten, alles was aanwezig!

"Erg mooi verblijf, we hadden wel coulance voor de fiets verwacht."

Het ontbijt was super goed. De bereikbaarheid viel ons tegen. We hebben erg goed geslapen, het bed voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachting.

We vonden het niet fijn dat we 200,00 euro, borg moesten betalen. We hebben twee fietsen gehuurd, waarvan1 fiets bij aanvang een zachte band had, ingeruild voor een ander, waarvan de accu snel leeg was.

"Gezellig hotel in een stedelijke omgeving"

Zeer mooi en sfeervol hotel! Business kamer is zeer ruim en netjes ingericht. Gezellige living / werkkamer. Door de dubbele deur in de kamer hoor je geen lawaai vanop de gang in de slaapkamer. Veel handdoeken en zachte badjassen aanwezig. Extra producten aanwezig (tandenborstel, kam, ...). Heerlijk diner gegeten in het restaurant. Prive parking van het hotel zelf aan 15 euro is prima!

Slechte en trage wifi. Doucheproduct ontbrak in de kamer. Werd na 15 min opgelost door receptie. Vuilnisbak was niet geledigd bij aankomst.

"Mooi verblijf, service laat te wensen over"

We verbleven in een appartement, heel erg groot en comfortabel en schoon.

Teleurstellende klantenservice. Extra aangevraagde opties (parking en ontbijt) waren bevestigd maar niet doorgevoerd bij aankomst. Na een vroegtijdig vertrek wegens ziekte van onze zoon werden we van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd: het hotel verwees naar Booking, Booking had goedkeuring nodig van het hotel, en die bleef twee weken lang uit. Mails onbeantwoord, telefonisch was de manager toevallig steeds niet beschikbaar. Allesbehalve professioneel. Jammer, want dit laat een nare nasmaak achter en hierdoor zou ik het zeker niet nog eens boeken.

"Prima locatie voor een weekend Mechelen"

Locatie is super. Parking naar de deur en op minder dan 10 minuten afstand van het centrum

Wij sliepen in het Loft (kamer 500), schitterende kamer maar wij hebben echt slecht geslapen door het geluid dat de vele airco units een verdieping onder onder raam maakten. Daarnaast paste de toegang tot deze kamer niet bij de beleving van de kamer zelf. Je kunt deze kamer enkel bereiken door een grauw trappenhuis.
