"Good"

They canceled my room and when I went to check in the guy behind the desk said there were no more rooms and basically that I'm SOL! I asked if I at least got my money back for a room I didn't even get to stay in. He said I would have to call the second party that I went through. So they got my money and I didn't even stay there. So frustrating!

I liked the room space and that they use nice thick towels. I also liked the breakfast provided.

I didn't like the shower in my room. It had very little water pressure. The laundry facilities were out of order my entire stay. There was a note on the door with nothing indicating when it would be available. Laundry facilities are part of the cost yet it's not available. Seems like that would be a priority to fix.
