Hello i’m normally not the type to reach out when my experiences are bad but i’ve never in life stayed at a hotel and the room was just nasty and awful i pay over 300$ for a room that was not worth over 300$ i front desk was friendly and spoke but that’s all they did i didn’t get ask how was my stay at check out she took the room key and said ok have a good one and that was it i had to ask how can i contact about my concerns about the room i didn’t get the option to have my receipt printed i paid less at the hotel next door my last stay in dallas the shower door did not close we had to improvise to get the shower door to close stains everywhere look like bug was killed and was left of the wall i felt like i was in a motel and they only reason why i didn’t let front desk know bc by the time we got in we had to leave right back out we had a busy schedule our entire stay so we had clothes everywhere so just to pack up and get another room for it to most likely look the same was pointless i just would like some kind of refund for this stay granted ik you have to make your money but some refund in some sort should be compensated because this was not a good experience thank you so much

Breakfast was pretty, room was nice.

Cook took a piece of egg that was outside of food container and put it back into the food. The room smelled like poo / poop. There were some brown stains on the carpet but I wasn’t about to see if it was but I did report it.
