The area, the breakfast, the good customer service

The rooms dirty, sheets, walls and carpets all had stains. The smell in some rooms was mildew. The bathroom tub had mildew build up on the walls, tub and stains. Holes in the walls. Laundry room didn’t work

"Highly upset water leaked from ac unit all over the floor got on my personal belongings"

No one was at front desk and my room leaked water messed up my belongings nobody did absolutely anything

"I love it there it was nice staff treated with respect and Alway was on time with whatever we needed"

The breakfast was alright at first But need to change up a bit like pancakes grits and some hash browns or potatoes or something .And start at 6 am not 630 am

The bacon cooked in microwave is not good and eggs was nasty need to not over cooked them.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible. Cigarette holes in carpet, nasty sofa and unchanged bed sheets
