Absolutely nothing at all.

Everything. I have a message in to customer service already but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. The room was disgusting the customer service was even worse and the view was horrid.

the newly renovated rooms with direct outside access aren't so bad, but the ones with hallway access, the carpeting was so old and looking dirty.
