Being on the beach is good.

The property needs lots of improvements.

The check in was smooth - very nice lady working. Clean office. Small, narrow parking - but it was doable with my small car. Pool area was clean and right on the beach. Our room had a balcony; which we loved sitting on to listen to the ocean. But the a/c on 61 wasn’t cooling the room. The entry to the room had a decent size gap at the bottom, so the hot / humid hallway air was getting under the door. Even with our own personal fan, it was hot in the room. When in the restroom, you can hear everything your down below guest is saying, especially if they got their shower running. The refrigerator was clean and cold for our drinks over night. The lamps and doors were rusted and could use some upgrades. The bathroom door had wood peeling off it and so did the closet area (hole in it). Last, but not least. We must’ve killed a dozen or more roaches. Small, like the German roaches. We slept with the tv on, so we could see them a make sure they didn’t get on us. Their WiFi didn’t work either. Definitely could use some updates, starting in their stairwell all the way into their guest rooms. And I don’t believe I’d stay here again, other than, for the ocean view.

Perfect family & pet friendly hotel. The location was wonderful, right on the beach. The pool was great. The room had a great view of the beach and pool. Very spacious rooms. Loved the kitchenette. Will definitely rebook.

Love the location and atmosphere

The good: location it was perfect, area was quiet and the propery was clean and so was the room. Tge not so good the property needs an update there are rusted light fixtures, holes on tge blankets and pillows were so bad. The batgroom door was so bad see pictures. Besides that breakfast you are better off thinkh of it like a snack
