Nice hotel in Uptown. Stayed in the Metropolitan suite and it was big but very contemporary and stark. Spacious master with large king bed. Nice that it had no carpet. Master bath was very nice, big soaking tub and walk in shower. Second bath not so much. The sink in the second bath was about 2 inches deep and the faucet was low. Hard to even wash my hands. Sounds minor but we book suites so my wife can have the big bath and I use the half bath. It didn't have room to put anything. HVAC controls were confusing and hard to adjust. The website for booking is not good. Confusing information about payment and hard to confirm reservations once made. Room service was very expensive and Valet was $70 per night. Did not have the feel of a luxury 5 star hotel although service was good. Trays from in room dining were left in the hall from multiple rooms all day. This is a beautiful hotel but if you don't like a contemporary feel it may not be for you. Needs some TLC.

"Underwhelmed."

Decent hotel. Mediocre experience. For almost $600/night I was expecting a little more. Felt like a number and there was somewhat evident lack of effort shown by some of the staff to be hospitable. Much better experience at Joule Hotel for less cost.

"Crescent Court"

I arrived at 1:00 am after a long day of traveling.. The front desk attendant was all smiles and welcomed me warmly. She even offered to see if there was anyone left in the kitchen who could make me something to eat...her idea, not mine. The property is gorgeous and immaculately maintained. Honestly...I don't know what I'd suggest that would have improved my stay.

"Horrible experience"

We did not have a good experience. We arrived at 4pm. Our room was not ready until 6:45pm because they couldnโ€™t get a NBA team to leave. Several other guest had the same problem, and again the next night when another team arrived. When we finally got our room they could not find all of our luggage they were holding for us. When we got to our room it had a strong marijuana smell. The front desk guy came in and smelled it. He acknowledged the strong smell. He said they have a contract with the NBA and they just charge them a smoking fee. Problem was not just our room but the entire 4th floor was filled with marijuana.
