"Overpriced for a subpar experience"

$1,248 they charged us for a smallish room with an even smaller bathroom, then they had the audacity to charge us an outlandish $75 on top of that to park our car. To top it off, our room thermostat didnโ€™t work, so our room temperature was down to 67 and falling while set on 72 degrees, which meant we got to spend nearly half an hour with a technician in our room, after coming in tired after an event. They charged us a super premium $1330 for a below average experience in a broken room. We certainly will not be recommending this hotel, but we will be sharing our experience with others.

"Worst hotel experience ever"

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. While traveling for work, I left my belongings carefully organized in the closet, bathroom, and room before heading to an event. When I returned, I found my room completely empty, with all drawers and closets open. For a moment, I thought I had been robbed inside the hotel. In a panic, I called the manager โ€” who, shockingly, showed no surprise at all. He simply informed me that the staff had โ€œmistakenโ€ my room for another guestโ€™s and had removed all of my belongings, mixing them with someone elseโ€™s. This is an outrageous breach of trust. A hotel has the basic responsibility to protect guestsโ€™ privacy and belongings. The fact that a stranger had full access to my personal items โ€” without any authorization โ€” is beyond unacceptable. Although my belongings were eventually returned, the emotional distress and total lack of accountability are inexcusable. For a hotel that claims to offer quality service, this was a massive failure in responsibility and security. People deserve to know how poorly this situation was handled. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this hotel with their safety and personal belongings.

"Better Days Behind Them"

This hotel might be trying to live off its reputation a bit too much. Here are a few examples of feeling like I was taken advantage of... (1) the room was smaller than an average hotel size.. one sink in the bathroom, etc. (2) 70.00 a night plus tax for parking my car, (3) 10/night convenience fee for using a credit card to pay for my room, (4) 53.00 for 3 diet cokes and a bag of nuts.... The other notable issue was service at the pool and in the spa. The pool was not serviced, dirty plates, dishes, cups, towels.. everywhere. The spa looked like a warehouse... dirty towels, cups, one shower was stuffed with dirty linens and boxes of old soap, etc. The mens jacuzzi area had wet towels and cups everywhere...just poorly serviced. I will consider other options in Dallas next trip.
