"Absolute Perfection!"

We stayed at Hotel Crescent Court for two nights to attend a friend's wedding. The entire wedding party and many other friends and family members stayed there too. From the moment we arrived and got out of the Uber from the airport, we were greeted by wonderful smiles, such kind & gracious employees (everyone we encountered no matter their role and responsibility), and were offered such outstanding service. The entire hotel...from the front parking area, to the lobby, to the grounds, pool and deck area, spa, and rooms are beautiful, well-appointed, and top-notch. This was our first time in Dallas and whenever we go back for a longer experience there is only one place we will stay...Hotel Crescent Court!!!! Thank you! ~ T&P

"Read your bill carefully."

Be careful with the billings. They added on a $60 charge for personal cell phone charger use. After a couple of emails, they took it off. Also lots of junk fees. While their valet car service is nice, it is unreliable, and stops early in the evening, without telling patrons. The bathroom plug were not working, but we're fixed. We probably won't stay here again, although we are planning a few trips to Dallas in the next couple of months.

"Exceptional"

The hotel was very lovely. Would recommend highly this hotel for events held at the AA Center as it was only a five minute walk and the area was safe to walk alone even later in the evening.

Best hotel in Dallas. Centrally located and close to some great restaurants. Each employee is kind and considerate. You will see the same employees each time you visit. it provides a sense of confidence in the hotel management. The hotel is dog friendly. I look forward to staying here on each visit to Dallas.
