The room itself, staff and breakfast were nice.

I didn't have hot water for 3 days despite reporting it, the internet access wasn't good, and the location was awful.

"Lovely Hotel with Great Service"

Close proximity to Frankfurt main rail station. Helpful friendly staff at the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and the bar fridge actually cooled drinks! Nice tea/coffee making facilities with a Krupps pod coffee machine.

The area is a little rough on the outside.
