The overall aesthetic of the property. I stayed in the Ruby Tower and it was such a lovely chamber suite and styled so cute!

I thought everything was great! Wish I had had a longer stay!

Checked into this hotel at 7pm but the hotel couldn’t provide me with the room type I booked all they were focused on is the $100 per day incidental hold on your credit card which used to be $150 per day. They demand this payment and even if you have paid the entire cost of the stay upfront if you do pay the $100 per night they tell you that you can’t pay. I reluctantly gave the $300 for two nights booked via Hilton. The rooms are very nice especially the Ruby Tower. They do have some issues with the TV in that all the functions don’t work, especially the Cromecast which you can’t sign up to as the QR code was not available on the TV. The shower has poor water pressure. The WiFi is excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. It has USB ports but only on one side of the bed. The location from the strip is an issue as an Uber will now cost $25 to the strip depending on what time you go. The rate can be over $30 at certain times of the day. I do feel before being so demanding about incidental holds they need to make sure everything works in the room and therefore they are not customer service focused. The area is very dangerous especially late at night and even the CVS have all items locked in cabinets and you have to ask an assistant if you want to purchase anything. Lots of homeless in the area who are desperate for money and even though I don’t think they would harm you they demand money aggressively. They all live under a bridge about 100 metres from the hotel. If you want to stay at any hotel in the USA you need to be able to give the hotel $700 hold at this hotel and it can take 30 days before you get the money back on your credit and longer if you use a debit card. I feel incidental holds are killing tourism in the USA and some hotels want up to $500 hold which is dead money to the guest for a long period of time. You are also not told upfront about these charges when making the reservation and only get told the amount when you arrive at the hotel and present yourself at the front desk. Make sure everything works as stated before expecting crazy amounts of holds. The holds are not negotiable and the hotels to be more transparent upfront about what’s required before staying at the hotel. This hotel is not on its own as all hotels in the USA demand this hold or you can’t stay. New York demands even more than $100. The thing I can’t understand is at the end of the stay if you have not spent anything in the hotel they have $700 of your money. If you have a big credit limit it’s not a problem but my guess is that people who stay at this property don’t have high credit limits. The room rate paid of $50 with no resort fees is very low and if you’re a Hilton Diamond member you get $30 a day Myway benefits and $25 hotel credit per day. I didn’t spend my benefits or room credit which was a total of $110 the hotel would have made a $10 loss on my two night stay as I only paid them $100 for the 2 night stay but the incidental deposit was three times the cost of the stay. I personally don’t know how they stay in business with such low room rates especially when not charging a resort fee.

Es muy bueno , pero en este tipo de hoteles hay que caminar mucho internamente.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Hotel mit einer guten Lage, nahe des Strips mit einem sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Super schönes Zimmer mit allem SchnickSchnack. Cooles Casino und diverse Restaurants im Erdgeschoss. Abend-Programm, wechselnd.

-seltsames System der Minibar, reagiert auf Bewegung .-etwas mehr Platz im Minikühlschrank -leider keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher im Zimmer

Hotel curato, moderno, pulito. Le camere hanno una bellissima vista. La piscina è molto grande, mi è piaciuta molto e ho apprezzato la musica, i lettini e i drink. Ci ritornerei!

No coffee machine in room. Also fridge was full and you couldn’t put your stuff inside or you would be charged.

L’autre chambre (double queen) qui donnait entre 4 murs et les climatisations ; bien dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing surtout qu’il n’était pas complet ; la vue sur les piscines aurait été un plus 😉
