Our 4th time staying here and only place we stay in Vegas. Love, love, love the place. From Kassi and the pool bar to the free parking, Pizza Forte always a gem any time of day. Housekeeping is always excellent. Thanks, and see you in March 2027!

S pobytom v tomto hoteli sme boli maximálne spokojní. Izby boli čisté, komfortné a dostatočne veľké, personál veľmi milý a ochotný. Príjemnú atmosféru dotváral bazén, ktorý sme si každý deň užili. Určite by sme sa sem radi vrátili a hotel môžeme len odporučiť

Yes I know, it’s off the strip but a great place to stay away from the madness. I just spent a couple days there for my Son’s 23rd Birthday and we had a great time. I short uber ride to anywhere on the strip, the Virgin has some great restaurants, bars, pool area and casino to enjoy. One note to a Hilton Members, this is a great place to stay with your Hilton Benefits. Highly Recommended👍🏻🎲

Die Zimmer waren super schön eingerichtet, auch die Poolanlage top (Wasser im public Pool war extrem warm, aber bei den Außentemperaturen auch oft schwerer zu regulieren). Zu Fuß ca. 30min zur Sphere oder zum Bellagio. War wirklich sehr sehr schön. Auch die Essensmöglichkeiten wie Cafés, Snacks und Restaurants waren top.

Die Mitarbeiterfreundlichkeit an der Rezeption war leider nicht sehr welcoming. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Strip gebucht (mit Aufpreis) und war genau auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Habe es reklamiert und in der 1. Nacht war kein Zimmer mehr frei, eine Entschädigung gabs auch nicht. Als ich am nächsten Morgen erneut gefragt habe, war die Mitarbeiterin total nett und hatte sie gefragt, wie es mit dem Gepäck ist, da wir Tickets für die Sphere hatten und die Zimmer ja geräumt werden müssen: kein Problem, machen wir. Zurück von der Experience,…andere Kollegin, super reserviert und etwas von oben herab: We change rooms not luggage. Hat alles bisschen die Stimmung gesenkt, da es einfach kein Entgegenkommen gab, kein tut mir leid, nichts. Das Zimmer auf der anderen Seite hat es wieder wett gemacht, aber trotzdem. Auch die Frage, ob man bis 1 am Pool bleiben dürfe, wenn das Zimmer schon geräumt ist: No, 12 max. Uhm okay, sorry for asking.

Reception/ management refuse to resolve any issues if you make booking via booking.com. Stating they don’t receive the updated reservations because it’s third party and won’t do anything about it. By their records we should’ve checked in a day earlier even though I amended the booking 2 months prior. And despite supposedly checking in from the day before our room was dirty, dusty, stains on bedside tables and mirrors. Make it make sense? If your system doesn’t communicate properly with booking.com then I’d suggest you look into fixing that or don’t list your hotel through their website. Never had an issue like this before.
