Lovely. Traffic a little noisy but you get that in any city. The neighbours could be heard at times above.

Neighbours were a little noisy above but nothing awful . There was a sign on the plaque as we went that said tourists go home which is a shame. I can understand why locals are unhappy if tourists renting local properties for more money, but maybe there should be an effort made to remove the writing on the plaque.

Convenient to some sites we visited.

No air conditioning, and without being able to open windows at night because of noisy trucks and noisy drunken idiots, sleeping was difficult due to heat. Fans in the rooms weren’t enough. Coffee maker was breaking down. No vent in the bathroom. Not enough pillows…

Fantastic location and the apartment had everything we needed to cook. We loved the quiet neighbourhood where locals lived.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment

Great location and excellent accommodation, a very comfortable stay. Very close to beach and centre of city. Nathaly met us on arrival and was very helpful with advice on restaurants and places of interest to visit

Beautiful spacious apartment. It had everything you would need, even dishwaster and washing machine tablets. Great location, 10 mins from old town, 2 mins from the beach. Excellent host, very helpful and responsive to text.

Location, convenience and clean modern styling

Not enough beach towels for the 5 of us

The location near to Gros beach . The apartment was clean and spacious

It was darker than I’d like but understandable as ot keeps apartment cool

Beautifully decorated and well equipped apartment. As we walked all of San Sebastian, we were even more convinced that this apt has a prime location. Gros is an amazing neighborhood, away from the crowds of tourists of La Concha but yet close enough to walk and explore everything this beautiful city has to offer.

Practically nothing. But to those that do not enjoy having a little of noise, then this could be an issue since when it’s warm windows need to be opened and all the noise from the street enters the apt. We didn’t mind at all since it’s part of being in a city and having such a location.
