"Very good"

There was no parking and though there is a public parking close by the rate was almost 40 euros per day when staying overnight.Though the apartment is very clean, open and comfortable, it is on a first floor and a bit noisy as you can hear the cars and the bus. There is no AC so when you have the window opens you hear a bit of the street noise.

I thought the location was very good very near a sandy beach just a 10 minute walk to old town and the marina. Nice walk to the funicular

Very nice and well equipped apartment .Our host was s very friendly, easy to communicate and useful. the location is very good in a nice neighborhood (3 minutes to the beach and 10 to the city center)

No AC, we stayed during a very hot days, so it could be nice to have one. but there are fans in the room.

Lovely modern design, great location, right in the trendy Gros district with a big playground for kids! The restaurant and pintxos suggestions are awesome! I’d definitely stay here again if I come back! 😊

"Gran Via, a fantastic apartment close to everything you may need."

Gran Via is awesome. The six of us were very comfortable for the our week long stay in San Sebastián. Fantastic location, close to the beach, old town and many bars for pintxos. The safe public car park was across the street. The young man who checked us in was superb and knowledgeable about places to eat and things to do.

exceptionally clean and quirky. The whole property was well equipped with all amenities you could think of. Home from home. Three good size bedrooms with spotless bedding. excellent size bathrooms with powerful showers. in walking distance to the city centre and all three beaches

very little, perhaps a little noisy on times, but that’s city life
