The staff were amazing, the food superb. I had the best risotto that i have ever had. Overall a brilliant stay. Will come again.

Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. The room was warm and clean.

Comfortable room. Need a good clean. But was liveable. Toilet/shower room was smelly. Need redecoration. Bedroom door lock was dodgy. Tv squint on the wall. The room was tired.

Arrived at hotel and drive into car park was not promising. Untidy approach made property look unloved. No signage to reception until parked and read notice on door of rooms. Friendly staff when booking in. Room lovely, modern and clean, but smell of drains in bathroom despite cleanliness. Bed very comfortable and good quality bed linen. Only comment would be - no hairdryer is not good for business travellers and no plug socket near mirror made drying hair difficult even with own hairdryer. Would stay again for short business trip.

Great little gem close to Newcastle town centre great food with good size rooms. Staff friendly and helpful Gardens around sitting area so good for the hot weather

Perfectly situated for the Tyne river walks or Hadrians Wall. We walked and caught buses and trains easily. Bus stop outside the door. 20 minutes into the City Centre. 15 minutes to The Tyne. Rooms comfy, spotless and well equipped. Food the winner for us, great choices, well prepared and presented at varying prices to suit all pockets. Drinks menu brilliant and once again very fairly priced. The owners and staff are the gold stars, so welcoming and know what service is all about. It feels like being in a big family. Coming back very soon. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Paolo, Giacomo,Gillian and Sammy and Lola special thanks too. Sorry I didn’t catch the 2 lads names.

Hotel very welcoming; staff very friendly and helpful; meals were excellent and room clean and tidy and warm. Breakfast and dinner more than adequate and plentiful. Quality of meals beyond belief!

Great little hotel where we stayed 1 night whilst attending a wedding nearby. Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast the next morning.
