I like the location. And staff were very friendly. But the door locked. Did not work for the first. Some of the outlets doesn’t work.

The bad was too short for my 6 ft 1in husband. He had to sleep diagonal in the bed. The shower got like warm at the hottest. The room was very cramped. The design itself does not allow emergency services to get a patient down the stairs safely. My friend had to carry his mom down multiple flights because the ambulance could not get the stretcher to her. Hardly any room to walk.

Location

They charge us for sink “which we broken” but we didn’t. Booking tell me that thay return money but I am still waiting. The fauset in the room was shaking and wall too. It is buil from laminate and start shaking because of humidity.

The stay was okay. the best part is definitely the location, since it’s close to everything in South Beach. However, there were some major downsides. We were surprised with an undisclosed $35/day “resort fee,” even though there weren’t any real amenities offered. The hotel only has one microwave, and it’s in the lobby. The front desk staff seemed indifferent and not very helpful, but I will say the cleaning staff was extremely kind and attentive. Overall, I’d say you get what you pay for, but with the extra $35/day tacked on, the cost for four days ends up being about what you’d pay for a nicer hotel right on Ocean Drive.
