Noisy, noisy, noisy. Loud guests and music. Disinterested and unhelpful staff. No attempts made to quiet noise makers or reduce hotel music.

Durante los 4 dias q estuve nunca repararon el ascensor, habia que subir con valijas, bolsos y en mi caso con carrito de bebe por escaleras durante TODA la estadia. Hotel muy ruidoso. Los que atienden en el front desk una mala gana en atender.

The Whitelaw Hotel was an interesting stay with a few pros but several cons. Pros: The location is ideal, the restaurant was amazing, and the staff were very friendly. The room décor was also very nice. Cons: The hotel key card kept deactivating, which was frustrating. The front desk only had one person working, so depending on the issue, wait times could exceed 10 minutes. The room had multiple cracks, which felt like a safety hazard. There was no hand soap or washcloths provided, and we had to repeatedly go to the front desk to request basic essentials. Additionally, there were not enough outlets, and the ones available were very loose and could not securely hold plugs. The elevator was not functioning during our stay. I had specifically booked a handicap-accessible room, and as a result I experienced extreme difficulty getting to the room via the stairs. Despite informing staff, we were told that because the hotel was fully booked, no accommodations could be made. Booking an accessible room comes with the expectation that essential accessibility features—such as elevator access—are available or that reasonable alternatives are provided. There were no microwaves in the room, you must go to the hotel next door.

Location

Very dirty, no where as nice as the pictures, waited about 15 minutes before a staff member came to check us in, room keys didn’t work.

Price

The bed Housekeeping didn't change the sheets and comforter on the bed, sheets and comforter was turned over. The sheets was on top of the comforter and it was a spot on the comforter. Just dirty elevator not working 😕
