the hotel itself was fine and the staff was helpful. Location was close to south beach.

The room next to us had their TV at full volume from approximately 1 am until we left the next morning. this prevented us from being able to sleep all night. Not only could you hear it throughout our room, but throughout the hallway as well.

This hotel is in need of some updates and a DEEP CLEAN! Pros: Location, comfy but firm beds,lots of hot water in the shower, good a/c, fridge, safe CONS: Rooms are very tiny. We had to keep suitcases under the bed. Bathroom is very small with limited counter space. Tile had some mildew around sink. One tiny trash can wedged in between toilet and shower. Soap, shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion… were refillable. Lotion was empty on day 2 of trip and never refilled. Metal furniture. One metal chair . 3 hangers. The front desk staff were not very friendly. They seemed apathetic . They were away from the desk a lot of the time. Lobby is very small. Bathroom in lobby floor was always wet. Ice machine was broken the whole time. Elevator was broken 2 days of our trip. When we asked they said maybe end of the week it might get fixed but who knows. The carpets in the hallways appeared to be filthy. I can’t recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Good location in South Beach

Faulty a/c, elevator not working during whole stay, unattended front desk, similar in price to better choices

The location was great. The bed was comfortable. The water in the shower was hot.

Hotel needs a renovation and a deep clean. The ice machine was broken the entire trip. The rooms are so tiny we had to keep our bags under the bed. It’s poorly furnished with cheap metal furniture and one tiny metal chair. Towels came to our room with a big wad of hair in them. There were a few tiny stains on towels. The carpets in the hallways are absolutely filthy. Old fashioned key cards which had to be reprogrammed daily. The elevator quit working two days before we left . When we asked about repairs , they nonchalantly said maybe end of the week but not sure. The front desk attendants were not friendly, not helpful or accommodating whatsoever. They were away from the counter a lot of the time.They seemed apathetic!!! If you like only location and you can live without any special perks you might be happy here.
