I had to cut my stay short. The front desk told me to call booking.com and the 2nd night would be refunded. I did but booking refused, claiming the hotel didn't answer the phone. Booking.com will never be used by me again and I will tell everyone I know how they had 0 customer service.

"This place is a dump!"

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, and this place is definitely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Front door of the hotel was broke so we had to enter from the back. Room was not very clean. The morning breakfast had little to be desired. Bread, cereal, coffee and juice. I have stayed at other La Quinta hotels and was very satisfied with the rooms and breakfast, but this one was not even close to the others. This hotel was unacceptable and would recommend that it not be franchised as a La Qunita Inn.
