"Property location and cleanness was great"

Check in with very good and easy the room was pretty good

There was an issue that I reported the socket that connects the heating and air conditioner was often dangling on the floor be neutral was ripped off and I reported it as a safety hazardous condition. Ice machine was not working on the 10th floor nor the 8th floor I had to go to the 4th floor for ice. The lamp on the left side of the bed was not working I also reported that.

"The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Will be back again."

The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast also has great hot and cold options. We have booked with the property a couple of times. It’s a good option for medical appointments.

Upon arrival, the lobby reeked of strong marijuana smoke which has permeated the elevators. Thankfully the smell didn’t follow us, and we did not smell it again. Hopefully this is not a regular occurrence.

"Horrible and a rip off"

Shuttle service was not available for the time I needed. Had to pay $45 for an Uber. The business center was a joke. Had to email my boarding passes to the front desk for them to print. The outlets in the room sucked. When you tried to plug something in it just fell out. Worst stay imaginable. .
