The hotel is beautiful with lanterns outside and iron gates when entering the hotel, We were greeted by Mark and Ken on front reception both were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of the area and were able to give great recommendations. Perfect quiet location in French quarters short walk to French Market, Bourborn St and close to shops and food places. Staff were outstanding!!! The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds very comfy. The hotel have little coves of cuteness to relax with a book or drink from the ice bar. We had an issue with our air con which was swiftly sorted, we would not hesitate in booking again!!

Loved the ambiance and location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and comfortable.

We stayed in Building 5 and the first floor was dingy, stuffy and dirty. There was random pieces of trash on the first floor every time we went in and out.
