This French Quarter hotel is amazing. The staff were friendly and always available. The rooms were clean, full of modern amenities and large for being in the heart of what’s happening. The pool was clean and right out the door. Very rustic authentic New Orleans look court yards and an Ice House bar right off the lobby. James the bartender was absolutely fantastic and his Hurricanes the best in the Quarter!! A/C was spot on for sleeping :-) I’d stay here every visit!!

This hotel is a definite must if you're looking for price, location to everything awesome staff and great rooms if you're looking for a hotel that has everything in one location this is it,we've stayed here 3 years in a row and looking to return again next year

We chose to stay at La Provincial Hotel while in New Orleans for a few days based on its location and ample amenities including the valet parking since I was traveling cross country and my car was packed. But it's got a beautiful courtyard, pool and on-site bar PLUS its location is perfect on Chartres St, a few streets from the river and so walkable to all the areas in the French quarter and a little longer to the canal street area. The hotel itself is gorgeous, European architecture with several buildings. Our building had an elevator (not all buildings do), rooms on upper floors and the delicious restaurant 'French toast' on the lower level which might explain the yummy bacon smells in the morning. Our room was large and comfy and quiet and the staff was so friendly and helpful. From now on, this will be our go to hotel when I come to NOLA.

I requested if anything can be arranged for my fiancees special 40th birthday via email beforehand. They said no which I was disappointed in. Not even an option of bottle of bubbles on arrival (which I would be happy to be charged for) or a special mention. Thin walls you can hear a lot of outdoor noise and floorboards creaking when people are upstairs. We were on ground floor and if you open the shutters everyone can see inside your room. So limited natural light if you want privacy.

Everything! Beautiful room with very comfortable bed; welcoming staff, and friendly bar on site. Good location and value, too.
