Excellent service and quality, extremely good value for money. Great quality in-room suite, very friendly and helpful staff. Room service menu/food quality could use an update. Extremely dog friendly and welcoming. Clearly one of the best properties in New Orleans.

This is the best hotel in the world we have ever stayed in. The service is incredible, the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The club lounge is amazing. Darleen, Gena, Chris and the staff in the club lounge are the best at what they do. We loved it so much we extended and stayed another week. Nothing beats this place. We have stayed at Claridges in London and this is heads above that which we thought could not be topped. Stay here if you visit New Orleans. It will change your life. 100 stars 🌟

The Windsor Court Hotel has old-world charm and a air of luxury. The service is, without a doubt is exceptional. The staffs attentiveness and genuine hospitality made us feel like spoiled guests rather than just another room reservation. The concierge shared "Hidden Bar" tips, and tips and tricks for finding them. Our suite was huge, featuring a separate living area, a plush, king-sized bed, and a breathtaking view of NOLA. It was perfect. We went to the rooftop pool , swam, had drinks and flew Balsa airplanes. The Windsor Court Hotel is an experience. Anyone seeking a truly luxurious and memorable stay in New Orleans, look no further.

I had a wonderful stay at Windsor Court New Orleans! What stood out to me the most were the big, bright windows that filled the room with natural light and the generously sized rooms that felt both luxurious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the personalized housekeeping service — instead of a fixed schedule, the hotel asks you in advance when you’d like your room cleaned and offers two time slots to choose from, which makes the experience feel tailored to your needs. The way the staff cleaned and organized everything in the room showed incredible attention to detail and care. The food was excellent, with a mix of flavor, quality, and presentation that really elevated the dining experience. On top of that, the car service made getting around seamless and stress-free — a great touch for a city stay. Overall, Windsor Court combines elegance with thoughtful service, making it the perfect choice for a stay in New Orleans. Highly recommend!

This place is always top-notch. From the second you get out of your car to the second you leave to go back home, they are professional and friendly and clean and classy, and everything you could look for in a hotel. And the club level with its perks are second to none!
