"Too noisy at night from neighbors above. Sleep deprived each consecutive night. Better elsewhere!"

Clean, central location, balcony, kitchen available with refrigerator and filtered water

I couldn't sleep all three nights; neighbors upstairs were partying and moving furniture until 03:00 AM. The administration is almost never there. When I wrote to them about the noise above I was offered an apartment for 700 UAH per night. Currently staying at a private apartment for 4000 UAH per month with all amenities included.
