Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas

Disgusted!! The mattress in our room was so uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep on it. The air conditioner was working properly..it never got cold. There was also a aweful smell in the room..some type of air freshener. Also had that same smell throughout the resort. Didn't want to stay so told the front desk manager that we wanted to be reimbursed and he refused..now we are out $700.

The apartments are very comfortable—both the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The service is excellent. The rooms are cleaned weekly, but fresh towels, as well as bathroom and kitchen supplies, are provided daily upon request. Each floor features a laundry room, ice machines, and beverage dispensers. The pool isn't huge, but it is a good size for the number of guests staying there. Plus, there is always good music playing. There is a bar located right next to the pool. The property offers direct access to the sea. However, while the beach itself is wide and long, it is not suitable for older adults, as walking on the sand is difficult and the entry into the water is not gradual.

We are just back from a vacation at Palm Beach Shores resort. The memory is fresh. We are 5 time visitors to this resort on Singer Island, and by far this is the worst experience of the 5. The Stressful and anxiety driven check in to the terrible mattresses and room location. After refusing to attend sales meetings and not interested in buying we were relegated to a room over the service entrance behind the far parking lot. Noisy and smelly for 5 days. Holding your parking pass hostage to gather personal info after paying $70.00 for the week. Since new ownership the place and are has declined. Homeless people harassing you at the public park/beach makes for an unpleasant experience. Rooms are Generic at best, being all the same not matter the location. We requested 2 bedrooms accommodations in February, and being RCI Platinum members we thought we would have no problem.....didn't here from RCI until the day before we left?? refusal on upgrade? Couldn't take our son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter. 5 nites of terrible sleep on our only vacation. Yes its freshly painted and clean, but don't let that fool you.SUCKED!

Beautiful location for a girls trip. Looks just like the pictures on their website. Immediate access to the private beach with a view that can't be beat.

This was our first visit here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff are welcoming and very efficient. This is an older resort but the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The pool area and private beach are good for those who like to lie in the sun. The restaurant is excellent and evening entertainment was good. We would definitely go back.

Although an older hotel, it is well kept. Nice amenities and great staff. The room was great.

Location, private beach , beautiful pool, fun tiki bar, good food! Perfect spot for a relaxing vaca . Spacious suites .

Could afford to be updated a bit .

We always enjoy our time here, it is such a nice getaway for exactly what we are craving: no alarm clock, the beach, the sun, the pool and total relaxation. The resort is always clean and the staff are very kind.
