Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas

Location!

We had points to use through RCI and traded into this facility as it looked like the best place we could find to trade into on the Florida coast. I am on a special diet and need to cook while traveling. RCI advertised a convection oven, but it was only a convection microwave. As it turned out, we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor, the only floor without open balconies (the balcony has a cement pony wall instead of railing and is very hot). Our room faced the volleyball court, not the pool/gulf side. We always bring our own beach chairs and umbrella but were told we could not use them on their private beach even behind the beach chairs/umbrellas they set up. We were told to move to the public beach so not sure what the point was of renting a room on a private beach. The room is very small and uses an odd shaped glass table in the kitchen which seems like an accident waiting to happen. There are no carts available for private use. We were also forced to use bellman if we didn’t want to carry all of our belongings to the room. We would rather just load a cart ourselves. We also to pay to park in the facility lot. The good part was, it was comfortable and quiet to sleep. They have a very a very good restaurant and Tiki Bar. The facility is walking distance to a lot of other restaurants, a post office and a convenience store.

Basins, majority of furniture is dated Beds are appalling, extremely hard & and probably purchased like that to extend life Sleep is important in a holiday, so first step improve all beds Evening entertainment was good

It was welcoming and a good size. Staff very welcoming. Room was nice, bathroom huge. The restaurant was super fun and captivating with its retro feel, entertainment and dancing happening while you eat. Good energy for sure!

Bathroom had no fan and our balcony was directly above the staff smoking area.

Went to Florida from Pennsylvania for a 7 days stay. Nice place, needs updating but it could have been alot worse in my opinion. Staff was pleasant and helpful. AC worked great in the room, loved the 2 room balcony, It's a quieter place to stay with not much to do if youre looking for action this isn't it. Which is why I liked it. They did have entertainment by the pool with a guy singing in the afternoons, I could have done without that but I saw people singing along. I just sat on the beach when he was playing. Fresh towels dailiy was great! And freshen up of the room in the middle of the stay was great too. Would I go back? Probably not, only because this is a big country and there's alot more to see!!

Excellent service and incredible location, just steps from the beach and a restaurant on site. The staff is VERY friendly and the property is well kept.

We can't wait to go back. The resort is on a great beach and has an indoor restaurant/bar with live music plus a tiki bar (with food service) right next to the pool area. There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance, so a car is never required. Staff was friendly and provided service around the pool.
