Guests will receive check in details from property management the day of the check in. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This is a two story building with no elevator. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Due to renovations and construction next door, noise may be present. There is no daily housekeeping. Cleanings can be requested for an additional fee. License number is STR2022-2022979-APP. Furthermore, towels are not automatically changed daily. Should you require fresh towels, an Environmental Fee will apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. "Could be better, without much effort"

Location, standard rooms

They didnt clean the rooms and I had to specifically ask for it at the reception. They didnt change towels either. We were given rooms around the corner in an alley. Inside they were ok, but they seemed to be made out of storage space. The cold water was warm (but there was a fridge, had to wait for water to cool down).

"If you want a comfortable stay , this is the place."

This place is the spot to stay in Scottsdale Az. Quiet and clean. The pool is to die for.

I would have to say the parking, no cover so things get hot, but that’s AZ! Nothing bad here.

Everything about this location is great! Staff - The most down to earth, friendly and provided exceptional customer service - They made me feel welcomed and valued. Room - Clean, good smell, comfortable and cozy bed Hotel - Super clean, amazing pool.

"I slept well I’m business and it was quiet"

Clean inside the room

He charged me $10 a night for parking but on the booking site it doesn’t show it. It’s buried. When I said, I was going to park in the back on the residential street then I basically got warned that that people will still tow away even though the sign says they can’t, another words that means the hotel would call on me, even though it’s legal I don’t understand how you just can’t be upfront and write on the front page for the additional cost. It’s totally misleading and BS.
