1st room bathroom faucet was laying on its side, 2nd room air conditioner was making a loud sound, 3rd room air conditioner not working. 77 degrees in the room all night. When asked at 7:00am they said the storm had caused the chillers to not work and they are working on it and all booked up. When returning to room at 9:30pm it is 76 degrees. No discount or accommodation. Very disappointed.

We had a convention at the Biltmore. This was a close option and much better price. I love the suites, separate room, fridge, microwave, mini bar and patio. Very relaxing and it includes an amazing breakfast!

Love this hotel and all its amenities but the bathtub had cracks and needed redone. Amazing food, drinks and pool. Willl be back for sure!

Everything was good, the room had a leaking ceiling near the mini fridge area… I reached out to front desk, they said they sent somebody in to fix the issue while we were away for the day but it never got fixed. They didn’t offer to change to a new room, so we just avoided using that general area for our trip. Left a bad memory

"Even though this experience was a downgrade from my previous week’s stay, I will still stay here."

I love the location, love the breakfast.

The bedding, especially the pillows, had an odor, it smelled sour like perspiration from a previous guest. I reported to the Front Desk, also talked to the cleaner who changed the pillowcases and sprayed the pillows with Febreze or similar. It helped a bit but did not rid of odor. The Cuisinart coffee maker wasn’t working properly, it was replaced but not as good as the Keurig I had previously. This room was obviously in an older part of the hotel. The bathtub nonskid film was delaminating and the toilet bowl was stained. This detracted from the feeling of cleanliness.
