The bathroom was unsanitary. The kitchen had no gas and no cutlery and it only had a dirty old.pan. Room smelled of mould because there is a leak in the wall the separates bathroom from the room. The curtains were dirty on both sides. The premises was poorly maintained. A medicine package was left in front of the room from the time we arrived to just before We left after 1 day and it was waste of money. This was the most expensive booking and the absolute worst. I am not sure how they got their rating.

Good location for my requirements. Comfy bed..great staff.. The staff is very, very friendly. They call you by name and go out of their way to do everything you need. My bed decoration for my birthday was spectacular.

Чисто, хороший бассейн, отличный персонал, очень понравился, были в отеле по прилёту, чтобы отдохнуть после приезда, тихое, уютное место. В бассейн выходишь прямо из номера, плавали, отдыхали, ели и хорошо провели первые три дня на Бали!
