The stay was great. We had an issue with the room alarm but it was resolved very quickly. I would recommend to stay here, they were kind, personnel was very helpful and most importantly, they were accommodating when something happened.

A limpeza do quarto não aconteceu todo dia, logo as toalhas foram usadas por DIAS. A porta do quarto está com defeito. Embora estivesse uma temperatura fria a noite, não tinha um cobertor disponível, tinha apenas UMA couxa de casal para se cobrir. O elevador social ficou parado desde de o dia que cheguei até eu sair, tive que entrar e sair pelo elevador de serviço que fica na garagem. Aquele café da manhã é uma VERGONHA, nem deveria levar esse nome, melhor se não tivesse, e PIOR, servem na recepção!! Nem uma mesa DECENTE temos pra sentar. Num "BOTECO" o serviço é melhor. Alguns quartos estavam em obra, e o barulho e FALATÓRIOS não param. Descansar durante o dia foi IMPOSSÍVEL. O hotel me EXIGIU um calção de 200 USD, o que já não gostei, e disse que devolveriam IMEDIATAMENTE após minha saída. Vejam isso, pois isto está completamente errado, vocês tem a obrigação de informar este procedimento NA VENDA. Na verdade me senti acuado e constrangido, agiram como se eu fosse um marginal ou bandido. Como a reserva estava PAGA, nem desistir eu pude fazer, pois JAMAIS ficaria num lugar que me tratassem assim, já estive DEZENAS de vezes nos EUA, a trabalho e a passeio, falo bem o idioma, e me pareceu uma atitude pessoal. QUERO MEU DINHEIRO DO CALÇÃO DEVOLVIDO JÁ.

Originally I was placed in a room facing the road which was extremely noisy as the room didn’t have sound proof windows. I requested a room change which the staff catered for but the room I ended up in was probably worse. Renovations within the hotel meant that each morning I was woken up at 7am to drilling and loud banging which lasted until late afternoon/evening. If I’d have known about this alongside the rooms not having AC (crazy in 2025) I would never have booked this hotel. The hotel is set in an area which has a high level of homelessness within San Francisco, whilst there’s security within and outside the hotel I definitely would be mindful when walking alone or at night. The hotel has croissants and filter coffee for breakfast which is served in the lobby, nothing worth explicitly waking up for but was a nice offering. Staff were brilliant at this hotel. Couldn’t fault them. Just wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The hotel is great! Neighborhood is a little sketchy, but they have security everywhere. I didnt feel unsafe. Nathan at the front desk was great! He is very knowledgeable of the area and super friendly. Banana nut breat was great also! We will be back in July 2026!

The area was a nightmare, drunken and drugged people everywhere. They sleeping on sidewalks, unsafe to walk around at any time day or night
